Surroundings the water tank thick insulation provided for minimum loss of heat. One side of the top three cylindrical vessel provided without Bain Marie, front side tray rail provided for service tray. Bottom shelf and three sides covering. Left end side of the counter provided warming case with middle shelf for cutlery and cookery warming.
- VESSEL – Rectangular Stainless Steel vessel with lid. Two numbers 15 ltrs capacity & five numbers 10 ltrs capacity vessel.
- VERTICALS – Stainless Steel pipe with adjustable bullet.
